New York State Legislature Passes Bills Governing Laboratory Credentials

Both houses of the New York State Legislature have passed the following bills (same as) requiring that New York licensed laboratory personnel working in laboratories located outside of New York must hold credentials that are comparable to the licensure requirements for NYS licensed clinical laboratory technology practitioners.
